EMILÍA GUÐBJÖRG MIKAELSDÓTTIR

Emilía Guðbjörg Mikaelsdóttir completed her B.Sc. in Business Law and her ML degree from Bifröst University with first class honors. Her final master's thesis is on "Authorities of Governments to Process and Retain Personal Data." During her studies, she received recognition for an outstanding semester project on "The Legal Status of Fathers in Relation to Their Children" and also for a confidential business plan for a tourism company.

Emilía is fluent in Spanish and English, with the addition of Icelandic, of course. She is also a spokesperson for the Icelandic Immigration Service and has a good knowledge of immigration law and other related issues. She has a keen interest in family law and has completed a course in mediation.

Emilía is the coordinator of Tjónið.is and ensures that all of the firm's accident cases are handled properly. She has extensive experience in accident cases and has helped many people investigate their legal status, claim compensation, and secure payment.

She is a great outdoorswoman and prefers to go hiking, cycling, skiing or golfing.
